After a chat...with.....a person whos i cant remember it being at present, saying how people throughout the course have found how they like to work, they have there whole painting process setup so they can churn out the goodness.
Thats when i realised I dont have one, it can take me hours to get the colours ready for a painting, it can take 10/20 mins to get the flow of the picture sorted....but taking that in mind I relooked at a book on portraits, and the technique it shows really works for me :) so practice i will!!!

Quick texture test on a tiles thing i made for my environment, seems the unreal engine likes to boost th specular :P mmmm jelly tiles
this is a 256 diffuse/spec/normal

bizarro fun

I think the sketches are brilliant.
nice to see how quick your learning Unreal.
Bizzaro sculpt looks nice :)
i wona go all out on bizzaro, in the process of retopologising him ready for uber detailing with zbrush or mud, idea is, good sculpt = less diffuse work ^_^
an as for unreal, you have no idea how simple it is to do what i did, got uber vids to share around
